Savory Black Beans

  • 1 Lb Dry Black Beans Rinsed

  • 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic

  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

  • 6 Cups Water

Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, if beans have been soaked, cook for 5 minutes. Once the cooking time is over, let them naturally release for 10 minutes. Release the remaining pressure, stir and serve. These can also be drained first if preferred.
